Prices on the website only include the costs of the "goods"; transportation, insurance, or any taxes applicable in your local country are not included.

Samples And Small Package Deliveries

Small packages will be shipped via air transport (DHL, FedEx, or TNT, etc.). When you place an order, the approximate transportation cost will be calculated based on your total load. You will receive a draft invoice via email, allowing you to review the total cost of fabrics and transportation before confirming your order and making your payment. After your confirmation and payment, your fabrics will be prepared and shipped to your address. We will provide you with the parcel's truck number and stay in touch with you until you receive your package. Any potential customs duties are not included and will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Wholesale Orders Deliveries

For wholesale orders, we collaborate with international transport companies. Due to the significance of prices, clients often share their partner transporter company contact details with us. We then contact them to organize the exportation of the load from Turkey. If you don't have a partner, we assist you in finding a transporter. Generally, we propose a few companies, and whichever is more attractive for you, we proceed with them.
